Will MetroPCS replace my broken phone?
The replacement device I received is not identical to the one I had before. Why is that?
Your device will be replaced with a similar type and quality reconditioned device. If a reconditioned equipment is not available, a new device of similar type and quality will be substituted. The new gadget is covered by either a 180-day or the original manufacturer’s warranty, whichever is longer.
This program includes the gadget, as well as a standard charger, battery, and SIM card (if applicable to your device). Accessories that came with your original purchase are only covered if both the device and the accessory are damaged in the same occurrence.
The claimed device becomes the property of the company providing your coverage once your claim is approved, and it must be returned to Assurant using the instructions provided. If you’re returning an Apple device, please follow the instructions on the Apple Device Owner’s card that came with your replacement device to unlock your device, disconnect it from iCloud, and wipe its contents before sending it back to us.

I can’t seem to locate the return label for my broken equipment. So, what should I do now?
If you’ve misplaced the mailing label required to return your damaged device to Assurant, simply follow these three simple steps to create a replacement mailing label:
- In the “File, Continue, or Track My Claim” section on the Home page, enter your mobile number or serial number. After you’ve completed the security check, click Submit. Click Track My Claim after your phone number has been validated.
- At the top of the page, click the My Return Instructions tab. Then, to obtain your label in PDF format, click Return Receipt Label.
