You are choosing Medicare Part C, which combines Part A and Part B coverage into one plan, with an AvMed Medicare Advantage plan. Part D coverage is included in all of our plans, and it covers your prescription drug coverage. Check the AvMed Medicare formularies list to verify if your medications are covered.

How do I find my AvMed member ID?
Within two weeks of enrolling, you will receive your Member ID card in the mail. Proof of insurance will be provided through your AvMed Member card. Your Member ID number will be printed on your card. After logging into the Member Portal, you can also acquire a digital copy of your Member ID card.
What is AvMed circle?
With a Medicare contract, AvMed Medicare Circle is a Medicare Advantage HMO plan. The plan’s enrollment is contingent on contract renewal. The benefit information supplied does not include a complete list of the services we cover, as well as any limitations or exclusions.
