Before the Bleachers sections of the American Family Insurance Amphitheater, the roof comes to an end. All Front Reserved and Rear Reserved sections, as well as all rows in sections 1-8, will be covered by the roof, so if you are in these areas, you will be safe. It will not cover any Bleachers sections, including sections 9-21, or any area on the grass, therefore anyone in these areas should be careful of the weather.

For American Family Insurance Amphitheater shows at Summerfest, a separate ticket is required; however, your American Family Insurance Amphitheater ticket includes access to Summerfest on the day of your show.
Can you bring blankets to American Family Insurance Amphitheater?
Seats on the lawn at American Family Insurance Amphitheater are ideal for a more relaxing outing. The seating is open air and general admission, which allows you to spread out and socialize more throughout the show.
The Lawn at American Family Insurance Amphitheater is divided by five grassy areas by walkways and is totally open to the elements. Guests will be exposed to the sun as well as bad weather.
Lawn chairs, picnic baskets, coolers, and umbrellas are permitted, while lawn chairs, picnic baskets, coolers, and umbrellas are not.
How many seats are in a row at American Family Insurance Amphitheater?
Each section has 23 rows of seating, and all seats will be covered by the roof above them. We recommend seating in section 103 for the finest head-on view, while sections 102 and 104 give nice viewing perspectives just off the side.
How many seats are in a row at American Family Stadium?
American Family Field’s 100-level sections, rows, and seats 107-111, 124-129 are 100-level end sections, while 101-106, 130-131 are 100-level corner sections. Lower-level rows start at 1 and go up to 25, with rows in corner sections starting at 10 and going up to 30. Rows 1-27 are in the end section.
Can you smoke at Summerfest?
Summerfest may have assumed we had put public smoking behind in the aughts, but that was not the case. Smoking is legal at the outdoor festival (with the exception of the BMO Harris Pavilion and the American Family Insurance Amphitheater), but don’t be that idiot in the third row who is chain smoking the whole Flaming Lips show. Move somewhere else to smoke if you can extend out your arms and touch more than three nonsmokers.
Are Summerfest tickets refundable?
Refund Request Form for Summerfest Refunds must be sought from the point of purchase where the item was purchased. Summerfest or one of our marketing partners will not provide refunds for complimentary or donated tickets.
Can you vape at Summerfest?
Bags must be less than 9x10x12 inches in size. Backpacks are not permitted. Anyone entering with a bag that does not satisfy the event’s requirements will be asked to empty it into clear bags given by the festival. The original bag can either be returned to you or confiscated and donated. Parents with children and persons with significant medical requirements will be given special consideration.
Weapons, narcotics, professional photographic equipment, and selfie sticks are not permitted. The venue doesn’t specifically prohibit vaping, and various internet vaping-related forums indicate that the festival is fine with it. Don’t take that as gospel, though, because there’s no firm policy either way. Leave your vaporizer at home if you’re worried about it being stolen.
How long do Summerfest concerts last?
Summerfest 2022 will be held over three weekends (Thursday-Saturday) from Noon to Midnight, on June 23-25, June 30 – July 2 and July 7-9, respectively.

There are no plans to make proof of vaccination or a negative test mandatory. MWF will keep an eye on the issue and continue to collaborate with health professionals while adhering to local regulations.
Can you bring water bottles into Summerfest?
It is entirely at your own risk to enter the festival grounds. According to Wisconsin Statute 895.52, Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (MWF), a not-for-profit company, is exempt from liability for harm to persons or property at or on the Henry Maier Festival Park (the “Site”).
The admission tickets are only good for one day. This item is not for sale or resale. There will be no refunds. Tickets bought from unofficial sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and are therefore void. Any person who violates MWF’s regulations, local, state, or federal laws, or whose behavior is deemed illegal, unruly, or offensive by management will be denied admittance or ejected.
Persons entering the Site hereby consent to MWF, its affiliates, respective successors and assigns, contractors, partners, or the media capturing or reproducing their names, images and/or likenesses, writing, biographical information, or recordings of their voices in any medium, forever and throughout the world, for editorial, educational, promotional, publicity, advertising, or any other purpose. Performers, programs, dates, and timings are all subject to change. To avoid dangerous congestion, MWF retains the right to restrict entrance to any stage. Without the prior consent of MWF, any materials sold or distributed may result in ejection or arrest. On the Site, audio and/or video recording is banned unless agreed to in writing by the artists’ management and MWF.
Visitors to the Site may be searched for unlawful or unauthorized things that are expressly prohibited on the Site and are subject to seizure. Backpacks, large bags, other carry-ins, outside food or beverages, glasses, cans or bottles, alcoholic beverages, pets, video equipment, recording devices, laser pointers, lawn chairs, skateboards, inline skates, wagons, kites, Frisbees, weapons or objects that could be used as weapons, illegal drugs, any holder such as a cooler, picnic basket, or tote bag used to transport receptacles containing food or b
Individuals may not enter or remain at Henry Maier Festival Park while carrying a firearm, or with that type of firearm, at any “Special Event,” according to Wisconsin Statute 943.13(1m) (c) 3. Wisconsin Statute 943.13 (1e) defines a “Special Event” (h). Summerfest, PrideFest, Polish Fest, Festa Italiana, German Fest, African World Festival, Warped Tour, Irish Fest, Mexican Fiesta, Indian Summer, American Family Insurance Amphitheater concerts, and other events, as posted at Henry Maier Festival Park entrances, are examples of special events.
Strollers, umbrellas, professional quality cameras, and video equipment are not permitted at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater unless the headlining performer has given permission.
