Before the Bleachers sections of the American Family Insurance Amphitheater, the roof comes to an end. All Front Reserved and Rear Reserved sections, as well as all rows in sections 1-8, will be covered by the roof, so if you are in these areas, you will be safe. It will not cover any Bleachers sections, including sections 9-21, or any area on the grass, therefore anyone in these areas should be careful of the weather.

The Lawn at American Family Insurance Amphitheater is divided by five grassy areas by walkways and is totally open to the elements. Guests will be exposed to the sun as well as bad weather.

It is entirely at your own risk to enter the festival grounds. According to Wisconsin Statute 895.52, Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (MWF), a not-for-profit company, is exempt from liability for harm to persons or property at or on the Henry Maier Festival Park (the “Site”).

The admission tickets are only good for one day. This item is not for sale or resale. There will be no refunds. Tickets bought from unofficial sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and are therefore void. Any person who violates MWF’s regulations, local, state, or federal laws, or whose behavior is deemed illegal, unruly, or offensive by management will be denied admittance or ejected.

Persons entering the Site hereby consent to MWF, its affiliates, respective successors and assigns, contractors, partners, or the media capturing or reproducing their names, images and/or likenesses, writing, biographical information, or recordings of their voices in any medium, forever and throughout the world, for editorial, educational, promotional, publicity, advertising, or any other purpose. Performers, programs, dates, and timings are all subject to change. To avoid dangerous congestion, MWF retains the right to restrict entrance to any stage. Without the prior consent of MWF, any materials sold or distributed may result in ejection or arrest. On the Site, audio and/or video recording is banned unless agreed to in writing by the artists’ management and MWF.

Visitors to the Site may be searched for unlawful or unauthorized things that are expressly prohibited on the Site and are subject to seizure. Individuals may not enter or remain at Henry Maier Festival Park while carrying a firearm, or with that type of firearm, at any “Special Event,” according to Wisconsin Statute 943.13(1m) (c) 3. Wisconsin Statute 943.13 (1e) defines a “Special Event” (h). Summerfest, PrideFest, Polish Fest, Festa Italiana, German Fest, African World Festival, Warped Tour, Irish Fest, Mexican Fiesta, Indian Summer, American Family Insurance Amphitheater concerts, and other events, as posted at Henry Maier Festival Park entrances, are examples of special events.

Strollers, umbrellas, professional quality cameras, and video equipment are not permitted at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater unless the headlining performer has given permission.
